I have a problem connecting DevKit to Tao. I do not know what I should do to register the DevKit in TAO CE. DevKit runs on port 8085 and on the same server as TAO. I think I should edit the TAO CE configurations, but I do not know which one should be edited?

And there are a lot of config file with LTI settings and its very unclear which one should be edited.
I know you have a built-in devkit in TAO, but I need to connect an external service to TAO CE.
Could you give me full instructions about how to connect outer service (Devkit) to Tao, please.
