Users are forced to log out whilst editing items

I found an issue where users are being logged out while editing items.

[Symptoms]:

1. While editing an item, a pop-up message appears stating: 'You have been logged out. Please log in again.

2. Following the steps below, the user re-accesses the Content Bank via the TAO Portal and displays the item editing screen.

(1) Click the OK button to close the pop-up.

(2) The author will then be redirected to the ‘Connect TAO platform’ login screen.

Do not log in on this screen, as this is not possible.

Instead, enter the URL directly into the browser to display the top page (usually https://community.tao.internal).

(3) The TAO Portal will appear. Click on Content Bank.

[Questions/Inquiries]

- Regarding the message 'You are logged out. Please log in again.” that appears during operation.
Is there a rule such as it appearing if there has been no activity for more than X minutes?

- Regarding the issue in step (2), where we cannot log in after being redirected to the login screen, we would like this resolved so that users can log in directly.

Is it possible to fix this?

Dear Megu-san,

I can confirm this issue, when browsing the Content Management Part, if your session expires, you are redirected to the wrong login screen and you should rather be redirected to the login screen from the root Portal.

We will analyze this further and do our best to fix this within our next release.
